On the 1 April 2020, DG Santé in the European Commission launched an open consultation on the Draft MDCG guidance document for classification under the MDR.
This open consultation period invites all Borderline & Classification Working Group stakeholders to provide feedback on the draft guidance and the opportunity to become involved in the development process by submitting their views.
Stakeholders participating in this Working Group should have received the documents and instructions for providing feedback through CIRCABC. The consultation period is four weeks and comments are expected by the end of April.
