Regulation 10 of S.I. 158 of 2006 requires that all Tissue Establishments submit an annual report of their activities to the HPRA. Two report forms have been developed with associated guidance, one for tissue establishments associated with reproductive tissues and cells and the second for all other tissue establishments. The forms and guidance can be found on the HPRA website and should be returned by the 31st March.
