Based on feedback received, the IMB has also included in the Field Safety Notice Monthly Summary Sheet a ‘Case ID’ for each listing. This will be included in each Monthly Summary Sheet listing and the Outstanding Actions listing going forward. This is the IMB’s identifier for the individual FSN and may be used by healthcare establishments in their systems as appropriate.
Note: Field safety notices are placed on our website for information purposes. You will not normally need to take further action unless the manufacturer has contacted you directly or we have issued additional advice.
