Director of Operational Excellence and Quality
HPRA is seeking to recruit a Director of Operational Excellence and Quality (OEQ). Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director will be responsible for the development of organisational systems and standards across the HPRA, working with the senior leadership team to ensure operation success. In addition, they will be responsible for leading the HPRA’s quality, business and strategic planning functions.
The Director will be a member of the HPRA’s leadership team providing strategic and operational direction to the OEQ department.
Principal responsibilities for the Director will include:
- Working with the leadership team, delivering direction to achieve enhanced operational excellence through focusing on business process uniformity and continuous business improvement.
- Coordinating and developing the strategic planning process
- Working closely with the HPRA’s ICT and Business Services department to ensure the alignment of common objectives [for both business process optimisation and application development] which meet business needs.
- Developing the business planning and reporting process to ensure effectiveness and alignment to strategic plans
