- Floxapen 2000mg Powder for Solution for Injection or Infusion – PA1380/011/008
- Hydrea 500mg Capsules – PA0002/027/001
- Konverge 40mg/5mg Tablet – PA0865/017/002
- Konverge 40mg/10mg Tablet – PA0865/017/003
The following shortage has been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:
- Teveten 400mg Film Coated Tablet – PA2010/017/001
