The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:

- Fludarabine phosphate 25mg/ml Concentrate for Solution for Injection/Infusion – PA2315/035/001
- Glucose 50% w/v Concentrate Solution for Infusion – PA0179/001/039
- Isoptin 80mg Film Coated Tablet – PA2010/003/002
- Pancuronium bromide 2mg/ml Solution for Injection – PA0822/205/001
- Serc 16mg Tablet – PA2010/016/001
- Vertigon 16mg Tablet – PA1445/023/002
- Voltarol Optha Multidose 1mg/ml Eye Drops – PA1107/009/002
- Xatger 10mg Prolonged Release Tablet – PA0577/079/002
The following shortages have been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:
