Further Information:
The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:
- Creon 25000 Gastro-Resistant Capsule – PA2010/008/002
- Lipantil Supra 145mg Tablet – PA2010/015/003
- Lipantil Micro 200mg Hard Capsule – PA2010/015/002
- Low Centyl K 1.25mg/573mg Modified Release Tablet – PA22650/002/001
- Ramipril 2.5mg Film Coated Tablet – PA0749/177/002
The following shortages have been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:
- Burinex 1mg Tablet – PA22650/001/001
- Lanoxin PG 50mcg/ml Elixir – PA1691/001/002
- Ondansetron 2mg/ml Solution for Infusion – PA0577/083/001
