The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:

  • Lipantil Supra 145mg Tablet – PA2010/015/003
  • MST Continus Suspension 60mg Prolonged Release Granules – PA1688/004/010
  • Neoclarityn 5mg Tablet – EU/1/00/161/011
  • Neoclarityn 0.5mg/ml Oral Solution (100ml presentation only) – EU/1/00/161/062
  • Noctamid 1mg Tablet – PA1410/009/001
  • Olanzapine 7.5mg Tablet – EU/1/07/427/008-010
  • Olanzapine 10mg Tablet – EU/1/07/427/11-14
  • Questran 4g Powder for Oral Suspension – PA2239/005/001

The following shortage has been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:

  • Teveten Plus 600mg/12.5mg Film Coated Tablet – PA2010/018/001
