Senior ICT Support Analyst, ICT – ICT and Business Services

The Senior ICT Support Analyst role is based within the ICTBS department reporting to the ICT Manager, the nature of the activities and responsibilities will require the analyst to work closely with individuals within the ICTBS function while supporting the wider group of HPRA stakeholders. Interaction with external ICT Support companies will also be required.

The Senior ICT Support Analyst will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the HPRA ICT infrastructure in addition they will provide proactive support to HRPA stakeholders via the HPRA service desk. In line with HPRA service desk objectives and ICT policies they will be responsible for mainly service desk calls of a second level nature, although they may be asked to provide first level support during specific periods.
