The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) is the competent authority in Ireland for the regulation of cosmetic products. We are hosting a webinar exclusively for the attention of new or recently established Responsible Persons (RPs) in Ireland, including RPs who may have relocated to be established in Ireland. The webinar will outline and discuss the relevant EU and Irish legislation, along with HPRA guidelines, to assist RPs in achieving compliance with the relevant legislative requirements.
The webinar will consist of presentations outlining the regulatory framework of cosmetic products. Topics covered during the webinar will include general obligations of the Responsible Person, Product Information File documentation requirements, and the role and expectations of the HPRA.
You will also have the opportunity to submit questions to the HPRA.
