The International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF) has recently relaunched its website. The IMDRF website represents a valuable resource for medical device economic operators and contains IMDRF guidance documents, which aim to support regulatory harmonisation across multiple areas.
The IMDRF is a global voluntary group of medical device regulators aiming to build on the strong foundational work of the Global Harmonization Task Force on Medical Devices in order to achieve medical device regulatory harmonisation and convergence.
As the national competent authority of Ireland, the HPRA is committed to supporting the IMDRF in achieving its key objectives and priorities. The HPRA will continue to work collaboratively with key stakeholders for the benefit of public health.
