We wish to advise you that one batch of Pinadone 1mg/ml Oral Solution, PA281/61/1, is being recalled with immediate effect.
This recall is going to pharmacy level.
The reason for the recall is that a particulate residue at the bottom of the containers was observed at some clinics who received this batch.

Actions To Be Taken:
Pharmacists are requested to please perform the following actions:
- If you have not already done so, check for units of this batch at your facility and quarantine any units of this batch which you have in your possession.
- Return all units of the batch to Pinewood Healthcare. Please email CustomerServicem50@pinewood.ie to organise the return of the units.
- If you have supplied this batch to any other clinic, ward, or facility, immediately forward a copy of the recall letter to them, requesting that they quarantine and return any units of this batch to you.
