Aims of the Seminar
The main focus of the HPRA Veterinary Info Day meeting will be the proposed new EU legislative framework for veterinary medicinal products. A short overview of recent changes to national legislation on clinical field trials will also be given.
The meeting is primarily intended for marketing and manufacturing authorisation holders of veterinary medicines as well as HPRA stakeholders interested in the regulation of this area.
The programme will be presented mainly by HPRA personnel who will be available to network with stakeholders throughout the day. Representatives of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine as well as the animal health industry have been invited to contribute to discussions on various topics during the meeting and to participate in a round table discussion on key issues.
The programme times indicated are approximate and are subject to change. Lunch and tea/coffee breaks are included.
The Veterinary Council of Ireland have awarded 5 CVE credits for this event.
