Veterinary Information Day 2011 - 06 October 2011

The IMB held a very successful Veterinary Information Day on 6 October 2011. The meeting, which was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport, was attended by more than 50 stakeholders and provided a useful forum for discussion of current veterinary regulatory topics. Event

The Irish Medicines Board will host an Information Day on Veterinary Medicines on Thursday 6th October 2011 in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dublin Airport (previously known as the Great Southern Hotel). The Irish Medicines Board Information day has been accredited by the Veterinary Councils Education and Training Committee for 5.5 hours of CVE credit.

 

Aims of the Seminar

A key focus of this year's event will be consideration of potential changes to the legislation governing the authorisation and supply of veterinary medicines in the EU. Presentations and updates on current regulatory activities will also be given. Staff from the Veterinary Medicines Department will be on hand to address queries during the event.
