Brexit - Commission publishes a notice on Application of the pharmaceutical acquis in certain markets after the end of the transition period

The European Commission has published a notice on details of the flexibilities that can be applied during 2021 to facilitate supply of medicines to named markets including Ireland. The HPRA will make further guidance on the operation of these flexibilities available in early January.
