Further Information:

The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:

  • Fentanyl 100mcg in 2ml Solution for Injection – PA0073/122/001
  • Mivacron 2mg/ml Solution for Injection – PA1691/033/001
  • Osteofos D3 1200mg/800IU Powder for Oral Suspension – PA0865/007/001
  • Sublimaze 50mcg/ml Solution for Injection – PA0748/044/001
  • Zoely 2.5mg/1.5mg Film Coated Tablet – EU/1/11/690/001


The following shortage has been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:

  • Duac Once Daily 10mg/g + 50mg/g Gel – PA1077/120/001
  • Faverin 100mg Film Coated Tablet – PA2010/031/002
  • Fybogel Mebeverine Granules for Oral Suspension – PA0979/010/001
  • Imdur 60mg Prolonged Release Tablet – PA2129/001/001
  • Letrozole Accord 2.5mg Tablet – PA2315/109/001
  • Livial 2.5mg Tablet – PA1286/059/001
  • Notiabolfen XL 150mg Prolonged Release Tablet – PA2315/066/005
  • Scheriproct 1mg Suppositories – PA1410/071/002
  • Tevaquel 25mg Film Coated Tablet – PA0749/060/001
