Report suspected illegal activity

If you suspect a person or a business is carrying out illegal activities related to medicines, medical devices and other health products, you can report it to us. 

This can include:

• selling
• supplying
• manufacturing 
• advertising

You can report suspected illegal activity using our online contact form. In the 'Category' dropdown menu, select 'Other' and then select 'Report illegal activity'. 

Any information provided will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
