Further Information:

The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:

  • Antabuse 400mg Effervescent Tablet – PA1380/008/001
  • Colofac 135mg Tablet – PA2010/007/001
  • Diazemuls 5mg/ml Emulsion for Injection– PA2315/098/001
  • Etoposide Teva 20mg/ml Concentrate for Solution for Infusion – PA0749/002/001
  • Genotropin Miniquick 0.4mg Powder and Solvent for Solution for Injection – PA0822/128/004
  • Genotropin Miniquick 0.8mg Powder and Solvent for Solution for Injection – PA0822/128/006
  • Genotropin Miniquick 1.6mg Powder and Solvent for Solution for Injection – PA0822/128/010
  • Keflex 250mg Capsule – PA1226/002/001
  • Keflex 500mg Capsule – PA1126/002/004
  • Konverge 20mg/5mg Tablet – PA0865/017/001

The following shortage has been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:

  • Valsartan Mylan 320mg Tablet – PA0577/134/004
