The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:
- Isoptin SR 240mg Prolonged Release Tablet – PA2010/003/005
- Rifidin 150mg Capsule – PA0540/066/001
- Rifinah 300mg/150mg Tablet – PA0540/068/002
- Tambocor 50mg Tablet – PA2010/026/002
- Xanax 500mcg Tablet – PA0822/141/003
The following shortages have been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:
