Further Information:

The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:

  • Champix 0.5mg Tablet - EU/1/06/360/01
  • Epaclob 1mg/ml Oral Suspension - PA0549/026/001
  • Epaclob 2mg/ml Oral Suspension - PA0549/026/002
  • Furosemide 50mg/5ml Solution for Injection - PA0073/059/005
  • Perinal Cutaneous Spray hydrocortisone 0.2% w/w / lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate 1.0% w/w - PA0278/017/001

 

The following shortages have been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:

  • Denzapine 50mg/ml Oral Suspension - PA0126/235/005
  • Losartan Hydrochlorothiazide 50mg/12.5mg Tablet - PA0749/026/001
  • Losartan Teva 100mg Film Coated Tablets - PA0749/090/004
  • Metformin Teva 500mg Film Coated Tablets - PA0749/185/001
  • Morphine Sulphate 10mg/ml Solution for Injection - PA0073/020/001
  • Praxbind 50mcg/ml Solution for Injection/Infusion - EU/1/15/1056/001
  • Vedixal XL 150mg Prolonged Release Capsule - PA1445/016/002
  • Voriconazole 200mg Powder for Solution for Infusion - PA2059/020/001
  • Xeljanz 10mg Tablets - EU/1/17/1178/007
