Further Information:

The Health Products Regulatory Authority has been notified of a shortage of the following products:

  • Chlorhexidine Acetate 0.015% w/v and Cetrimide 0.15% w/v Irrigation Solution - PA2299/005/001
  • Co-Amoxiclav 500mg/100mg Powder for Solution for Injection/Infusion - PA1457/001/001
  • Deslor 5mg Film Coated Tablets - PA0711/202/001
  • Letrozole 2.5mg Film Coated Tablets - PA2315/109/001
  • Letrozole 2.5mg Film Coated Tablets - PA0126/198/001
  • Naloxone Hydrochloride 400mcg/ml Solution for Injection or Infusion - PA0073/111/002
  • Oramox 125mg/5ml Powder for Oral Suspension - PA0298/019/001
  • OxyNorm Dispersa 20mg Orodispersible Tablets - PA1688/006/009
  • Uniphyllin Continus 200mg Prolonged Release Tablets - PA1688/011/001
  • Valoid 50mg Tablets - PA1142/001/002

 

The following shortages have been resolved and supply has resumed to the Irish market:

  • Kay-Cee-L Syrup 7.5% w/v - PA22637/004/001
  • Lercanidipine Clonmel 20mg Film Coated Tablets - PA0126/187/002
  • Sirdupla 25mcg/125mcg per Metered Dose Pressurised Inhalation, Suspension - PA0577/201/001
