One batch of prescription only veterinary medicine Ketofen 10% Solution for Injection, VPA10815/051/001, is being recalled by Ceva Santé Animale with immediate effect.
This recall is going to veterinarian level.
The reason for the recall: Particulate contamination was identified during visual inspection of this product at the manufacturing site. Batch number 113AB has been identified as being within scope of this issue.
Actions To Be Taken:
Wholesalers and veterinarians are requested to immediately quarantine any units of batch no. 113AB currently in their possession and proceed as advised in the recall letters below.
