Gender Pay Gap Reporting

The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 has introduced the legislative basis for annual gender pay gap reporting. Under the regulations, organisations with over 250 employees were required to to report on their Gender Pay Gap for the first time in 2022.

The publication of an annual gender pay gap report will help enhance and strengthen the HPRA's diversity, equality and inclusion journey. Transparency around any gender pay gap is core to our values and supports the work our Diversity and Inclusion Committee is undertaking.

The calculation of our overall gender pay gap for each year shows a point in time snapshot of the organisation and is influenced by the demographics of our organisation.
