Blood and Tissue Establishment Lists
Article 9 paragraph 4 of S.I. 360 of 2005 stated that all Blood Establishments must maintain records in relation to the prescribed activities for which they are responsible, the HPRA requests that this information is submitted on an annual basis. A report form has been developed with associated guidance, the form and guidance can be found on the HPRA website and should be returned by the 1st March.
